Cindy Ballard

Cindy Ballard was born in Cleveland Ohio raised in Cincinnati but she calls Dallas home. She spent 10 years showing horses in the Hunter/Jumper  division on the A circuit throughout the United States. Prior to joining Keller Williams in 1996, Cindy worked in the Chemistry and Hematology departments in Detroit, Michigan after gaining a B.A. in English and Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology at The Ohio State University. Cindy moved to Denver, Colorado and decided to follow in her grandmother's footsteps and change careers. Her grandmother sold real estate in Cincinnati until she was 91.

Cindy has been a full time Real Estate agent in Texas since 1999, working all areas and price points.  She has spent the last 27 years specializing and learning various areas of the DFW Metroplex.  Whether you are looking for parks or lakes, city streets and trendy nightlife, or luxury neighborhoods with excellent schools, Cindy can find the perfect neighborhood to fit your needs!
