Dallas Morning News

Our Dallas Morning News ad is a full-color half page in the Homes Section that runs every Saturday. We utilize our ad for open houses, just listed properties, and price reductions. All of The O'Gorman Group's listings are listed as "one-liners" (address, city, and price) at the bottom of the ad, as well as photo features which are rotated on a weekly basis.

Just Listed Postcards

Our Just Listed postcards feature a photo of your home on the front, along with a full description on the back. These postcards are mailed to target markets within a certain radius of your address in order to ensure a greater potential of interested buyers.

Full Color Brochures

Soon after your home is listed on the market, you will receive brochures that will be placed in the home for showings. These brochures include photos of the home, along with key features, a full description, and room dimensions.

Divine Properties Magazine

Divine Properties is Cindy's 36-page quarterly magazine, it features all of Cindy's current listings and is distributed to 17,000 addresses in the Dallas area to provide maximum exposure. Recently, we have updated the magazine to include Microsoft Tags, which can be scanned with any SmartPhone and links to the property website with more information. These tags are implemented on each property in the magazine.

Avid Golfer Magazine

Every month we select 11 properties to be advertised in our full spread in Avid Golfer. This is sent out to over 500 addresses in addition to being sold on newsstands. These properties are generally on golf course lots or near country clubs.
